Sound card

Does anyone have a recommendation for a good 5.1 or 7.1 S/PDIF:toslink card with dolby decoder (ie not pass-through) that can be found (hopefully) under $100? Having trouble finding an optical output card that's not an overpriced creative.

Alrighty then, any recommendations for the best card under $200 that's hopefully closer to the $100 mark then not?

All videocards these days come with 5.1 optical audio out. It's part of the HDMI spec. It's also, from what i've been told, nothing compared to a dedicated audio card.
