FYI, for anyone considering MoviePass, it's currently on sales for $89.95 for one year ($6.95/mo.)

Been waiting on this movie for what seems like forever! Finally coming out. Hope it's great.

The annual MoviePass deal is also available as an account change for current customers. I'm torn on that, frankly. On the one hand, it's essentially three free months if you pay up front ($90/year instead of $120 @ $10/month for the year), BUT if the program goes belly-up you'll lose your money, BUT if the program increases fees you'll be locked in for the year.

So...roll the dice any way you slice it! Also, the annual membership specifically limits you to two memberships per household, which is not the case with the other membership (to the best of my knowledge).

My wife and I love the program. We've enjoyed an inexpensive evening out together on many occasions of late.

Fuck it. There are three big ass theaters around me that take movie pass. I love my reserved seating but for $7 a month I'll take it.

NOTE: the site isn't Chrome friendly. I had to go there using IE.

Finally! I really enjoy the first one. Fun movie.

I got my MoviePass card in last week, but I'm waiting for the hype to die down on Justice League (not expecting much from it).

Two months free. Assuming the $6.95 transaction fee is applied each year, you are only getting two months free. Still a good deal if you plan on having the service for a while.

Admittedly, I do suck at math, but here's where I get 'three free months.'

The previous plan (mine also): $10/month = $120 annually
This new plan: $6.95/month + an added fee = $90 annually

Therefore I'd be paying $30 less a year off my $10/month plan, effectively obtaining three months free.

But you know what? Numbers suck, but this deal is great so just get MoviePass in one form or another! I've seen so many movies it's less than a buck a film, lol.

No Harkins. No sale.
