Watched "Your Name." on Sunday before everyone showed up for the Easter feast. It was an entertaining movie that had its moments, but overall it was more entertaining then it was life changing/affirming like so many people made it out to be.

That is an amazing franchise turn-around. Once destined to be nothing more than direct to video sequels, it now pulls in some of the highest grosses of all time.

I don't know why, but I'm not a big fan. I mean I love popcorn action flicks, but this one seems to be lacking something that gives it the "that was good" feeling to me. Afterward I the best I muster up is "Ok, it's over, now I'm 2 hours closer to death."

Interesting note about 8 Fast 8 Furious. Not sure how real this feud between Rock and Vin Diesel is but they shared literally no screen time with each other in this movie. There were silhouettes and arms to demonstrate that the characters were together but never were they on camera at the same time.
