A decent week in game releases with Excite Truck hitting the Wii, God Hand on the PS2 and Mario Hoops 3-on-3 for the DS. The best part of the week is that one of the best vampire movies of all time is hitting DVD: Near Dark.
I have never gotten used to how Europeans write the date. Why they gotta be different like that!?

Are you crazy? :P Seriously though, looking forward to SupCom quite a lot.

I think a lot of people are kind of holding their breath about Supreme Commander given the lacklustre reception of the demo last week. If the final version turns the impressions given by the demo around, I think you'll see more people raving about it.
Picked up Okami today. It has to last until FFXII is released on the 23rd, however I'm off work this week.
I think Okami clocked in somewhere around the 55 hour mark for me, and I could have probably spent another 10 hours looking for beads, etc., so I doubt you'll have trouble having it last you until the 23rd.
Armed Assault is fun... but man does it KILL performance systems BIG TIME.. ugh. Talk about some sucky optimization! :P
But it's hard... and true to it's roots. Gotta love it.
bought the German version and a bunch of extra Ram. Its buggy, limited and tedious. Try hitting the dirt, you'll notice the frame drop drastically because all your resources are suddenty being utilized for such things as animating grass and bugs, instead of allowing you to see through it and engage the enemy who happens to be able to see through grass (and buildings) with no problem.
I've since unisnatallled it and gone back to operation flashpoint. In ofp most of the bugs have been worked out by now, whereas this title is serious "back to square 1" action.
