It's looking like a Mega Man and Mario Party week, for me.
I"ll be holding off on Assassin's Creed for the foreseeable future; I didn't play nearly as much of Origins as I thought I would, and I'm growing increasingly weary of the way Ubisoft handles their games and season passes.

Between Spider-Man and RDR2, I won't really have time for a game like AC, anyway.

Doesn't Forza Horizon 4 come out this week?

Also, I'm in the same boat as Chimpbot with Assassin's Creed. I didn't play enough of the last one to buy this one.

I actually did play a lot of Origins, but that's the exact reason I'll be skipping this one. I still need to finish Spider-Man and start Tomb Raider before RDR2 comes out, otherwise I'll never play/finish them.

Good thing it is already dead, as Sega is releasing Fist of the North Star: Lost Paradise (PS4) this week to die.

I have a feeling Assassin's Creed Odyssey is going to crash and burn. I enjoyed Origins...but didn't love it and this game just looks too similar.

They should have taken the series someplace completely different like China or Japan...

It does. I don't know how I forgot that one, I just finished installing it.

Origins had a lot of good will, so as long as they did not totally fuck things up, like Assassins Creed III, it will do well. What may turn off some gamers is how expensive the game is with all the planned DLC, so I would not be surprised if some people end up doing something like Forza until Red Dead Redemption, then go to Odyssey when it is substantially cheaper.

Waiting for it to be 1600 UTC for my Steam copy of Assassin's Creed to unlock. If I had bought it on console or Uplay, I'd be playing it right now. Slightly irritating.

I decided to scrap my pre-order of Odyssey. It is just too close to the release of RDR2 for me to get my money out of it. Better to wait till it hits the bargain bin when I am done with Spider-Man and Red Dead. Though I expect to live in Red Dead Online for a long time.

Anyone else ditch Destiny 2? It was just so much more of the same and there was so much forced grinding that for the first time I didn’t even finish the single player stuff.
