No amount of money will make up for his sudden fall into complete obscurity.

People forget that this is really a battle between two titans with LOTS of cash: Microsoft and Amazon. I'm sure it's completely reasonable for Microsoft to spend a couple $million on Ninja to bring him over. Just look at all the free press this got?! You couldn't buy that coverage with marketing dollars.

His current subscription base on twitch is worth about $550k a year for just the tier 1 subs. 13k x $3.5 x 12 months. It's probably closer to $650k once you add in tier 2 and 3 subs. Moving to Mixer is probably not going to have a serious impact on his sponsored streams(additional money). He may lose some money at first but it's possible he could be the spark that Mixer needs to blow up.

I'm a curmudgeon that is behind the times. I just play games. I don't watch these guys play games.

Also they seem to be geared towards a younger generation. For me on the few times I watch youtube streams, twitch streams or whatever streams, these guys leave me with the feeling of thats a xxx minutes I'll never get back.. or my god I want to punch this twat in the.. err.. twat?

I watch the larger streamers occasionally. The only game those guys play that im vaguely interested in is Apex. I typically watch much smaller streams where you can have actual interactions with streamers. Usually games like The Division 2 or Elite Dangerous. And usually while I'm playing the game myself.

Recently, I found myself getting into musician's that stream on twitch. If you look around enough you can find some really talented people. Who can play an instrument or two and will record loops on the fly while they play.

The stupidity of society never ceases to amaze me. But I guess I am the idiot not making money like that, considering money is now GOD to most humans.

This is pretty big for Mixer and may finally get them on the map.

Next they need to get Dr. Disrespect and they'll be golden but they also should focus on genres rather than personalities.

Get Blizzard championships and League of Legends and such streaming there for real wins.

I don't know who these idiots are and don't care, but, good for him. Amazon sux! Nothing but a dumping ground for Chinese imitation crap and mom and pop no-brand operations anymore.

So the ONLY thing you want is name brand stuff made by huge companies?

You hate Chinese knock offs and you hate hand made small American business...

Wow, that kind of makes you sound like a complete piece of shit. I think we all get the whole, no Chinese mass-market stuff, but to hate American "mom and pop" businesses that are just trying to make it these days, and using Amazon as a way to do it..wow. Fuuuuuuuuuck you.
