Jungle Hunt

My dogs got me up at 4:00 A.M. and I had nothing better to do so, I fired up the Atari 2600. The first game I randomly grabbed was Jungle Hunt. Click the headline to see more images, a video, and the game manual.

It's been a while sense I last played this game, and I really enjoyed it. I created the video, but I downloaded the images from Atari Mania

Great post! Do more when you get time. What did you use to capture the video? I’m going to be setting up my MAME machine in the next few months and I could do some of that too.

I used an emulator for the video. I do have the real hardware, but I don't have a capture device. As for capturing the emulator video; I just use nVidia's capture app that comes with the gForce, or whatever their driver software is called.

Such great memories with the Atari 2600. I somewhat regret giving it away, though I must say that having one disk with 80 of the games (or a phone or HDD full of them) is really more practical. Physical goods are for hobbyists now, IMO. Digital for me.

Great memories. Thanks for the post!
