Need a lawyer in Orlando Florida

Ok.

So I need help getting a lawyer in Orlando, Florida.

In the first of my two visits to the USA I made the terrible mistake of acquiring a time share ownership in Wyndham.

They have made mistake after mistake and made all the experience terrible while not fulfilling their own deadlines. I'm trying to cancel the ownership for a few months now and they are refusing to do so.

I really need a lawyer because the bills keep coming. And even though they admitted to wronging me since my initial contract signing I am not able to cancel this shit.

I remember someone here being from Florida (I think Miami), but if you know any lawyer that would take a clean cut easy case against then, please let me know.

I feel your pain. I've stopped taking the 'free weekend' they offer if you spend time listening to their timeshare spiel. It's always endlessly longer than they promised, always a hard sell, and just a gigantic pain in the ass.

I wish you luck extricating yourself from it. I'm glad I've never signed one. I have a travel trailer and extended family vacation homes instead.

Edit: You will want to move fast, however...Florida does allow you to opt out up to a certain number of days, but that may have already passed you by. It's called right of rescission.

This is long gone.

I first objected December 2016 and since then I have being embroiled with then. They promise to solve the issues and keep giving lengthier and lengthier deadlines. They did give me the points they owed me last december (After 1 fucking year), but by then I was trying to get out for over 3 months.

And still am trying to get out.

Since the US court system is so alien to me, what kind of lawyer am I going to need? I don't even know how to start looking. I shouldn't have signed this, I regret this so much.

I live near Orlando. I haven't had a lot of dealings with Lawyer's here. And all of the ones advertising on TV are basically ambulance chasers.

I did find https://aaronsonlawgroup.com/ but it's just a google search I have no idea about how good they are at their job.

I had NO IDEA it was so common it was it own attorney specialization. (and I still get confused why you Americans have so many names for lawyers, attorneys, prosecutors, and stuff)

I think that's more of a problem with English as a language than it is just Americans.

Not exclusive to America. Heck, just off the top of my head we can add Barrister for England.

And off course the specialties.
