Good luck MJ, I moved not long ago and I don't have nearly as much stuff regular stuff as you have in just your collection but it was still a big pain in the ass.

Can't wait to see the setup in the new place!

That was crazy. I hope that you have some good home insurance and have a list of the all the goods in the room. Hope all goes well with the new setup - can't wait for the video.

Funny side benefit of my YouTube channel: game room tours count towards proving what you own. My insurance agent is a fan of the channel and subscribes! HA!

That's a lot of stuff man! Only real recommendation I'd have is to put all the game systems in one room, and all the actual games in the other. Maybe have a small amount of storage in the main room for your regular go to games. I find this works well with board games. Everyone goes into the storage room, picks a few games and then brings them out to the living room. That way the main room doesn't feel claustrophobic and cluttered.

For unpacking purposes, I'm going to start by putting big box PC stuff in one room and console stuff in another...but that could change as I actually live and use the spaces. I like your idea as well! Gonna play with these suggestions...

Look at all those dead skin cells covering that Xbox controller. Yum.

Hope the move isn't too stressful, MJ! Looking forward to a video tour of your new lair as well.

Just moved into a new place. Pain in the ass, top 3 things I hate. Right up there with Liberals.

Hilarious! And yes, moving sucks. Iíve heard it can be on par with a death in the family as far as how much it stresses the brain.

We decided to move because the Feds lowered the interest rates in Sept. When we went to refinance our current mortgage, our loan officer said "Hey, you have 14 years of equity in your house...maybe you should use it to upgrade." So we did. We'd been feeling a bit cramped for a while...and honestly, Seattle has gotten crazy in the last decade with Amazon, Apple, Google and Starbucks (among others) taking over. It's congested, expensive and not what it once was.

Understandable from what you said

By the way, I've been meaning on speaking/chatting to you about reviewing games made by EA, I can hook you up on getting the games a week or 2 before release date, you do this sorta thing?
