I love how they keep the scene where Tom breaks his ankle in all of the trailers. I still cringe when it gets to that part (1:29).

meh. Seems pretty generic action flick to me.

The last 2 to 3 MI movies have been *much* better than the past few Bond movies - even with nearly identical plot lines between them.

So is this Mission Impossible Fallout 4 or Mission Impossible Fallout New Vegas?

The guy is a lunatic, but I just can't quit my bromance with his movies. He reminds me of Dwayne Johnson in that they both aim for their fans to leave the theater entertained, and they both do a damn good job of that.

He has had a lot of great movies and i think he is a very good actor.. I don't care if he is a lunatic or not (as long he is not doing anything illegal).

He does good solid action films, the Mission Impossible saga is good, but Jack Reacher, Live Die Repeat, Valkyrie , and others are quite fun.

And I'm not even goin to his older set of movies, some of them are iconic.

I was actually disappointed by the second Jack Reacher film, but all the rest of his stuff for a while has just been really entertaining and solid.

Yeah the first Jack Reacher was good but the second one sucked. But I like almost everything else he does. I even liked that Mummy movie that everyone else seemed to hate.

I will be going to see this for sure. Tom Cruise rarely disappoints. He has on occasion but it is the rare occasion.

Strong trailer, bar spoiling a little too much in the last few seconds. I'll watch it. Couldn't care less what actors are like off the screen as long as they deliver the goods (well I'd boycott a convicted serial killer but it's not like anyone would cast one). There isn't much competition for merit with this guy. Reacher is Cruise's career lowpoint for me.
