Evil Avatar Reviews Explained

What do the scores mean?
Reviews are opinion pieces and therefore vary from person to person, but we give games a score from one to five, depending on how likely we are to recommend it to our friends. In this case, you are our friends and should look at the scores as such. We don't go down to a zero, so the lowest score we can give is a one, but here's the generalized breakdown as to about where our scores fall.

  • (1 out of 5) Terrible. You should avoid it at all costs.

  • (1.5 out of 5) Bad.

  • (2 out of 5) Poor. You should probably still stay away from it unless you get a deal or are really interested.

  • (2.5 out of 5) Meh.

  • (3 out of 5) Decent. May have some problems, may not, but in general it's OK.

  • (3.5 out of 5) Good.

  • (4 out of 5) Great. The positives certainly outweigh the negatives.

  • (4.5 out of 5) Excellent.

  • (5 out of 5) Fantastic. They don't have to be perfect, they just have to be totally awesome.

In addition to these scores, we also allow for half points in case a certain title or product toes the line. What we can promise is that we'll explain why we give the score we do to the best of our ability.
