I miss the politics sub forum

We used to have such fun there. Also Off Topic needs more gif replies

Just saying.

I don't. Politics gives non-gamers something to troll about.

Just do what everyone else does, make a news thread political and start name-calling and insulting someone you don't like.

What are y'all blabbering about, Firaxis is making a true X-COM sequel, that is what everyone should be spending their time on.

Today's Steam deal is the X-COM series. Which one should I buy if I'm interested in trying but not interested enough for five games?

Firaxis Games' XCOM: Enemy Unknown introduces a wider console audience to what made the storied franchise great in the first place.

I'd go with XCOM: UFO Defense and see if you like it... I like Apocalypse a lot personally, but not everyone agrees.

Thanks. I've heard the name "Terror from the Deep" quite a bit, so I wasn't sure if it was an Assassin's Creed 2 type thing where the first was ass and the second was a huge leap forward.

I am not worried. I love the Civilization series, which is what Firaxis is known for. I know it won't be X-COM with a new engine, but it will be a new X-COM strategy game. I am comfortable with X-COM being in their hands.

Actually, most consider TFTD to be the inferior game. You are far better off starting off with UFO Defense.
