Pretty much all the sales for Yakuza are done in Japan. Since the Xbox 360 has sold so little in Japan, it would make no sense to port it or waste resources developing it for both platforms.

Hmm, could it be because the yakuza games are not released in other markets? That sounds like a bad biz move to me.
